Sri Devendra Kumar Ojha, 47 years, Managing Director of the Company is a professional cum businessman, engaged in the business of the bulk commodity trading, real estate developments and running of theme park for last 10 years. He has participated in various executive development program conducted by the premier management institutes of the world. He has been regularly attending international conferences and seminars relating to coal, coke and minerals for last 10 years. He has sound experience in administration and management of coking coal business in India as well as abroad. He has proved his managerial ability by converting sick assets of coke plant taken in September 2007 to dividends paying assets in March, 2008 and since then operating with great success.

Mr. Vivek Ojha at the age of 25 years Mr.Vivek Ojha is arguably one of the youngest CEO's in India. He is a rank holder B.A. L.L.B (Hons) from the National University of Judicial Sciences, Kolkata. Thereafter he completed his L.L.M with merit from the University of Southampton, U.K where he specialised in Maritime Law.He has been looking after the entire business of Global Coke since then and has played a major role in the growth story of the Global Group.He is also the managing Director of Global Minerals & Metals Pte. Ltd., Singapore which is the resource investment as well as the trading wing of the Group.

Ms. Bonnya Mukherjee, 34 years, Director, a rank holder Chartered Accountant, Experienced as practicing accountant and management consultant for last 10 years. She looks after the overall accounting management of the company at corporate office, Kolkata.

Mr. P.K Mitra, 61 years, Director, Ex-Deputy Managing Director of the apex nationalized bank, he has extensive knowledge of financial and commercial matters. He looks after finance, banking and other related matters of the Company as whole time director.

Mr. Shashi Kumar, 60 years, Director, is Ex-Chairman of Coal India Ltd.He is exclusively experienced in all the aspects of coal business. Presently on board of various companies like NTPC, Simplex, Neyveli Lignite and others. He looks after the technical matters regarding coal, coke and mining prospects for the GCL.

Dr. S. K. Hazra, 60 years, Director, Ex-head of CFRI.He has through technical knowledge of construction and operations of coke – ovens. He has received large nos. of awards for excellence in the field of coal carbonization and coke oven technology. He has successfully commissioned good nos. of coke plants in the country. He looks after expansion of coke making capacities as well as present operations of the Company.

Mr. Rabindra Nath Bhattacharya, 63 years, Director, IPS (retired) is the Ex. Director General of Police of Gujarat, served as Govt, Director of SAIL and presently Director of Hindustan Aeronautical Limited. He looks after general administration of plant in Gujarat.

Dr. Ashwni Ahuja, 36 years, Director, MBA from Harvard USA and PhD in Finance from Stanford, USA , a professional merchant banker based in Bangkok and Singapore. He looks after prospects and compatibility of overseas investments in the company for capital expansion and domestic / overseas acquisitions.
